or the bad left inside ..from what is good..
outside???
does it serve you to grow ..
or to
shrink ..shrivel and die
within????
and when released.. what to
do ???
when your spread wings are
clipped in
flight????

I know the feeling. And people who say "Get over it," don't know what they're talking about.
