do men really care what women look like

I have been wrecking my brains for days trying to figure out if men really care about what women look like first thing in the morning or even for the rest of the day. Are any efforts made by women to look good even noticed. I ask all this because I have a friend who is now married and before she got married she was just an average girl and now she is caked in make up and puts so much gloss on her mine you could fry an egg! I wonder always if the husband ever notices and appreciates the effort.

Well guys I am at her house now and I decided to ask her about the changes....it turns out that she does want to look good for her husband so that when he sees other women who also look after themselves it will be nothing new to him. Make up makes her fell good as well. Strange thing is his dress sense is just laid back as in shorts t-shirt and flip flops. He needs to up his game for her as well.

My 2 cents..... if he really loved and cared for her he wouldn't give a hoot what she looks like during her workday. Although, he would lover her to dress up and look great socially.

If he only sees her as a trophy/object/look-what-I-found piece of meat, he'd want her to look great all the time, for HIM.

Just my humble opinion from experience... :)

Most look for "looks." My best relationships come out of a connection to the person, because in the end, all women are beautiful, with makeup or not. Makeup may attract the man, but she better have more going for her then that.
