things are to complicated ,the world gives us medicines,remedies,exercises techincal ways to live longer stay healthy mentally,physically.a young mans family seeking help for him he was prescribe anti psychotic meds side effect he develop female breast.. keeping things simple leads to a longer healthier life eat right exercise and remember to much of anything is unhealthy,limit stress,take time to enjoy the beautiful things,greed and the need to be something you are not will kill you faster than anything.

My opinion, well it works for me, is instead of medicines, I take herbs, spices in my food, no fried food, no artificial ingredients, no sauces, unless its just tommatoes and herb sauce.
no white bread or yeast.
no alchohol.
no smoking.
a bit of sun, milk for the bones.
gym exercise only 1 hour a day. and this combination, works wonders.
