Anger; Right Or Wrong???
Anger is an emotion easily expressed, and being angry in itself is not wrong if it's for the right purpose, but the more anger towards the past you hold in your heart, the less capable you are of loving in the present. Where there is anger there is always pain beneath.Anger doesn't solve anything, but in a matter of moments can destroy everything. If it's not contained it is more hurtful than the actual cause of it. It is a wind which blows out the flame of the soul.
If you are patient in one moment of anger you will escape a hundred days of sorrow. A harsh word spoken at the time of anger is more destructive and leads to scarring words that can never be erased, and often times the wounds may never fully heal.

And the miracle is that the effect is contagious like the diseases. The person devoid of complexes has a deep impact.
Actually, souls are much sturdier than any hurricane wind. After all, they are built to last an eternity.
The soul has nothing to do with your anger or like. If so how can it last till eternity....if that flame blows...it will be consumed.
The soul is a silent spectator without bias...having no opinion...just a testimony of whatever is going around.
What is this confession about?? This is nothing but "SAKSHI(Hindu)=observant, spectator" to bring into being.
Thanks!!
Misdirected to butterflies.
@butterflies Actually this is the basic misconception in the world.
The soul has nothing to do with your anger or like. If so how can it last till eternity....if that flame blows...it will be consumed.
The soul is a silent spectator without bias...having no opinion...just a testimony of whatever is going around.
This is the worst misconception....Soul has nothing to do with anger and for that matter with any emotion.
Soul which is merely "a silent spectator...a testimony of the manifestations of body and mind"
Jesus Christ is misread by Christianity. "The concept of confession" is misinterpreted....It is an act solely with the purpose above mentioned..i.e...the dormant or passive soul to come into being.
You are laughing away the matter.
It is immaterial what soul consists of....what matters is how it gets out of the cover of body and mind.
A simile...body and mind can be compared to the fog....while soul can be compared to the sun.
Very good blog and I completely agree with all of what you have to say about anger.
For me, there is really no good in anger...that I can see anyway.
Hope you and your lady are doing wonderful together.
Christina and I are doing well thanks for asking!!
Sarcasm is a form of anger...it is not healthy either but anger is a natural phenomenon...figuring out how to address it and identify why we feel this way is the key to diffusing it...
Although , I do believe it needs to be contained quickly or it can impair judgement.
... just my two cents worth.
In the later case there is a personality split.
Escapism may lead to its persistence resulting in the making of a conditioned reflex.
Containing it will shift it to the subconscious free to come out spontaneously some other time.
The stopping therapy, to stop all of a sudden in between the rage of anger, can work miraculously to get out of this psychological disorder.
Just kidding, I appreciate your comment!!
Thankyou!!
it depends why a person is angry. Sometimes I even agree with a person getting angry, sometimes I have to get out of his or her way..
