A PERSON GREATLY ADMIRED
Never heard a boxer talk so intelligent ,express himself so clearly have such character, dignity, charm talk about something so controversial while relaxing an entire audience he could have been anything he wanted to be.Ali was considered a trouble maker but went on to show the world that he in fact stood for the rights of everyone as citizens of the world.it didn't matter the color, the country, or the religion.

Boxer in history. He spoke out about Civil rights, and refused
to go to war. It will be some time before there is another like
him.
Waffles?
It is funny you bring Ali up. My oldest brother and I were just talking about when he met Ali back in 1993. When in college, my brother was an usher for the MSU college basketball games. Ali lived in Adrian, MI and would come to several of the MSU college games. My brother told me that the college gave him his own golf cart to ride around in the stadium.
My brother also mentioned he was lucky enough one time to get his autograph at the state capital building. Every time he met him, he said Ali was a very pleasant person.
great man I would love to meet him
h
I agree so many good things about this man
simmo agrees with you
of them all, although a Middle weight.
I remember watching Ali fight as a kid and I know he was amazing. So I'm not going to argue with anyone. You have your opinion and I have mine.
Have a great day.
He was a true role model. It is something how some of these sports figures are today.
"I even divorced a woman... just because she wouldn't wear dresses long enough" ~ Muhammad Ali
So why would a mix-raced girl who wears short dresses admire this man?
Yes, cherrypicking Muhammad Ali can make excellent propaganda, and yes most people are posturing know-nothing simpletons and little more, but it really doesn't make sense for you(you more than anybody else)to admire this man.
He made me laugh so many times with his interviews about opponents and he was just pure entertainment.
We will never see such a character in boxing again and My hat goes off to Muhammad Ali
