BAD TIME FACT #1

In bad times, you need inspiration to motivate you out of the desperation and that will lead to the preservation of your soul and happiness. Regardless of what may be happening in your life, it is vital to believe in yourself but how do you do that when you are depressed about it?

I find that when I am depressed it is very hard to be positive about myself. That is why we have friends. LET them be that positive influence, BE that positive influence when your friends need you to be. It is harder to accept the help of others when we need it than it is to be the one offering the help.

I rarely get depresses...it is negative energy and I try to force my way out of it to not create more....

Feeling depressed or negative is not a problem. It is when you get trapped in it that it becomes a problem. Acknowledged the fact that you are feeling down....even indulge in it when needed without feeling guilty about it. Just remember to let it go after a while as it is not your natural state of being. sad flower

Being out in nature is a good way to take your mind off of negative thoughts. Listen to Eckhart Tolle is another way of dealing with depression...with no pills needed. :)

you know that is how I usually deal with my feelings nature being out doors dos a lot of good for me mentallytongue
At times I dont want the front seat
The back seat will do just fine
What I am trying to say is some time we need to take a step back look at our slefes look at the one who love us. And if we can put the I or me aside <taking the back seat> Help some who is need , there must be some one who loves you, Why not open your door and let then see the real you.
After doing this you might get a eye opener.Maybe even a laugh

For myslef I put on my Eddy Murphy swiming string look at my slef and say I FEEL GOOD dancing YES

I think when depressed its a good time to stop wearing a mask,
cause how can you really believe in yourself if your lieing to yourself and others? go with the flow i say,no harm to let yourself swim init, once you take care not to let yourself drown.

It is hard to think positive when you are depressed...I have to work sometimes in less than desirable circumstances...get together with friends and have fun...create a hobby or interest that keeps you occupied...

For me I am starting a business...I have to do something that lets me be creative and at the same time challenges me...it is kind of exciting as well...focus on what you want to accomplish..set a goal...then follow through...you will be busy and sometimes that is all it takes...wine
Seek the Lord Jesus Christ and hand HIM all your worries!
