In good times and in bad
We shall never be apart.
I will always lend and ear
And listen with my heart.
I'll be your shoulder to cry on
I will understand your tears
My arms will always hold you
And help you fight your fears.
Be your own person
From the dawn to dusk.
I will never turn my back
While you go do what you must.
I'll never break your heart
I'll never make you cry
My love will always surround you
You'll never have to ask me why.
No matter where I am
Though we're miles apart
That's where someone loves you.
Just call me with your heart.
My soul is your anchor
And I'll see it through the end
Whether storm or sunshine
I will always be your friend.
