The point of this blog is probably to treasure your family and friends at all times. There's something particularly poignant about busy happy people rushing about preparing for festivities who will never actually get to enjoy them.

Whatever your race, religion or beliefs, wherever you live in the world, may your happy times be untouched by tragedy.
Very thoughtful thoughts Viv, it is so very sad when you hear of these things happening to people at anytime. I think like you pointed out... at Christmas it seems to stand out more as you do imagine them preparing to celebrate however they do the Christmas festive season with their loved ones.... now there are broken hearts and much sorrow for some.
I am so with you that we should love our family and friends and always tell them... never take them for granted because we truly do never know when this could happen to us or one of ours.

I too wish for everyone to have a peaceful happy Christmas... with your loved ones. heart wings hug
Thank you for the well wishes. Wishing you and yours the same bouquet
Wallops, the same to you and yours, have a great time and wrap up warmly, Yorkshire can rival Scotland in temperature!
laugh See, there's always a positive side! Okay, I won't tell you what I have planned but I will certainly spare you a thought...
