I survive purely on mineral water and am as fit as a fiddle as I went for a full on blood test two weeks ago just to check I was doing fine after picking up a virus I got when doing voluntary work in a rural area and I was declared as fit as a fiddle and healthier than some twenty year olds.
For a healthy start in the morning i always drink a cup of HAWTHORN TEA
I am interested in a healthy lifestyle as well. I am vegetarian and I eat no processed food, junk food or processed sweets. I also practice yoga and meditation.
I have tried all these teas except for the Japanese Matcha Tea. But I am very interested to try it.
