Matcha Tea

Hello,

I am furthering my education studying for a degree in the health field, presently I have a degree in photography. These are my two biggest passions in my life, I wish to post for you healthy suggestions so you also can enjoy a healthy life.

Tea is a very important supplement to add to your healthy lifestyle, tea has natural anti-toxin power which we all need to rid our bodies of the toxins we consume through the chemicals in the food and beverages each day.

Most Healthy Teas,

Matcha Tea
The most healthy tea you can consume, even healthier then the green tea we all have heard we should drink.( 1 cup per day)

Catnip Tea

Chamomile Tea

Green Tea

Lavender Tea

Lemon Balm Tea

Peppermint Tea (My Favorite)

Rooibos Tea

St Johns Tea

Valerian Tea

I hope you tea lovers will experiment with these teas, if your not a tea lover maybe you can add just one cup of tea in your day for many health benefits.

Hi Jeff, wave
I am interested in a healthy lifestyle as well. I am vegetarian and I eat no processed food, junk food or processed sweets. I also practice yoga and meditation.

I have tried all these teas except for the Japanese Matcha Tea. But I am very interested to try it.

Thank you for posting. applause
Hi Jeff,

I love mint tea during summer ...Lemon Ginger on winter....I do drink milk with some coffee too. grin
Have tried green tea, chamomile tea, lemon balm tea peppermint tea and matcha. I like the milky green color of matcha but I love the smell of peppermint tea which I usually do handpicked from my potted peppermint plant. There are other teas which I have tried but I don't know their English equivalents. Also tried bitter gourd tea. A round of tea applause for everyone!bouquet
I always have peppermint tea around the place in case id stomach upsets. I grow my own mint too.

Others I grow/drink are

Fennel tea

Plantain Tea

Parsley tea

St. John's Wort

Calendula

And many more.

You can make a infusion or decoction from practically anything.
