One of the presidential candidates of my home country blurted out that he shld have been the first to rape the late Australian rape victim. When he was bashed for saying so, he issued an apology to the Filipino people. I just can't understand how crooked the mind of that man and more so of his supporters. I cringe every time I think what if he wins. If ever, it won't be a democratic system with a rule of law. People have been lambasting politicians in various countries for their gaffes. This one tops them all!
