Is time speeding up, or is it just me?
“Wow! This year is passing by so quickly!” We already nearing the half-year mark...and I still haven't found my 2016 new year resolutions list (after writing them..
)Seriously...does anyone notice the phenomenon of time speeding up? The years suddenly are flashing by. There just seems not enough time in the day! Is it our new fangled technology..? A shift in consciousness....?
There are varying schools of thought....
‘Schuman Resonance' is a measurement of the resonance, or frequency, of the Earth. Kinda like the heartbeat of the Earth.
When this resonance was first measured in the 1950’s, the earth’s frequency was 7.8 hertz. Apparently recently it has been recorded at 12 hertz. This I believe was around 1982....
This means that a 24 hour day now feels as if it’s just 16 hours.
Life is seems to be frenetic rush.

I have also noticed it - and so many of my friends around here (not the CS ones!). Not enough hours in the day to do all the things we want to do...
Also, I don´t seem to need so many hours sleep...
Shift in consciousness? I think so too.
I appreciat life so much more since retiring, feel more see more which i had no time to do before. Now years gather pace
I suspect we have fallen into a black hole and while time around us has slowed, every action has an equal and opposite reaction and time for us has speeded up. This time next year even Mondays will be flying by.
I expected this, of course. Firing up the Hadron collider made it an inevitability.
I would say yes and no..?
Maybe we are getting busier as we´re getting older as we realise there are still so many things to do before our time is over and we try to get it done as quickly as possible?
By "things", I don´t mean petty things in a material world, but more on a spiritual level... raising our consciousness... becoming more aware.. and taking care of our environment... spending more time in nature... taking more time for all the things we didn´t have time for in the past.

4.30pm could never come soon enough...we all were clock watchers then..
If your life is based in a very busy environment , where everything changes so quickly( new roads, new shops, new houses,new city layout....)there seems to be not enough time for anything.
I live surrounded by nature and some random unnatural noises and sounds ...
time in Ireland is very smooth to take....
In my teen years I used to write to pen pals (although a laborious pen & paper exercise - I used to love it. I have beautiful handwriting). Delivered by snail mail...postal services.
Today we have instant email..
You're right...location does play a part. But not too great...technology has narrowed down boundaries.
You also mention about our bodies vibrating faster - one of the consequences why we need to change our diets.
Certain foods that were appealing to me when I first came to Spain I have gone completely off them now in the last 15 years.
No more sugar, artificial sweeteners, additives, refined foods etc.. and of course no meat and diary produce.
We need more of a liquid diet now. The body just cannot cope anymore with all the toxins.
More need for cleansing (liver, colon & kidneys) and purging.
I hope I´m on time for the next one?

I find time flying. But able to keep up with it. Bit lethargic because some daily routines like walking are not attainable with rain here. Spending time here is not the best either. But technology has broadened our access to knowledge even though people always use it for that, and made the world a smaller place to keep up with the frequency of the earth. Isn't it?
Except for that bit, you are right.
Technology has nothing to do with frequency of the Earth or the changes - totally unrelated. The Earth's heartbeat change from 7.8 to 12 hertz will cause changes in its magnetic field, which in turn will effect humans.

When someone is living a nightmare time goes by oh so very slow.
Yes, often as adults..we take on more and complete less. Do the necessary things and remember that there is a tomorrow.
Ever notice that when you were 19-20...you couldn't wait to be 21..?
Then after that the years roll on by....
Wait until you get to a laid-back 60...it won't bother you then.
