compound exercise
Take two dumbells of equal weight. At least 10 pounds each but bigger stronger people should use 40 - 50 pounds each. Holding a xumbell in each hand kneel down. All the way so that your butt almost touches the floor. Now stand up. Now we compound it. Curl the dumbells so they touch your sholders. Compound #2 From that position extend your arms with the dumbells straight up so your arms are straight. Now lower your arms and slowly un curl so the arms now are straight and pointing down. Go to step 1. Kneel.Repeat 10 - 20 times. When it becomes very easy either go to a heavier dumbell, or increase the repititions in each set. Try for 30 - 50 reps with no break.
2 or 3 sets at your level per day, every other day will within 2 weeks begin miraculous, beneficial changes in your body. Give consideration to drinking a high protein drink in the first 20 minutes after your set.
