A man that can sing is like a creamer in my coffee
I served Sir Tom Jones a Singapore Sling back in 1996 at the Long Bar, Raffles Hotel, Singapore.

On my stupidphone so can't hear the song
Oh! Were you? Which year? I then asked to be transferred to another outlet, Tiffin Room coz I was tyring to conceive and working the opposite shift with my then husband didn't exactly help.
While at the Tiffin Room, I got the chance to serve Michael York and his wife. Marie Fredriksson of Roxette, she was with her husband and two young children. Tennis player, Gabriela Sabatini and her dad who demanded her to be only served poached chicken with blanched carrots and broccoli! I personally attended to his special orders coz my then-husband was working in the kitchen and I had the upper hand!
Ooohhhhh...Biff, a lot more other celebrities but I'd bore you guys to death!

@Dream, remember I've posted this link before but I can't help myself posting it again. I'll never tire hearing Sir Tom. @Dream,you look so simple when you were younger! thanks for sharing us your memory of Sir Tom. Was that picture taken on the very evening that you served him?
