Good morning , you could listen to the sound of rain falling on utube , that should help .
Track, Welcome to the club. At this stage you are feeling absolutely awful, 'hung over' feeling. I urge you to get out and walk for one hour, yes, without any sleep, just move the body and the mind will follow..... do it.

It raises endorphins, serotonin levels and it will help you sleep. Have your last Coffee, Tea [I'm guessing it is coffee 5 hours before bed time.

Lie on your back and just relax and do not concentrate on trying to sleep, lie there.... it is better than tossing and turning and watching the clock.

IF it goes on longer than 48 hours with absolutely NO sleep, see your GP.
