Dysfunction in famiies....

Caught the Royal wedding this AM, and while hardly a royalist, enjoyed the show, and seeing this nice socially active couple. But I was saddened to see that the bride had only one member of her family in attendance, namely mom. Gossip media bring up alleged big family issues on dad's side. Of course, historically, and present day, hard to beat the British Royals for treetop family dysfunction, with some notable exceptions. They should clone the Queen Mother. Aa-V.

One parent family doesn't mean it is dysfunctional. Many parents are staying together living in functional hell.laugh
Bloody beat me to the pun because that's exactly what I was going to say.
My bet is that Harry and Meghan will make a huge difference in today's world, where many countries through fear alone, are slipping backwards into nativism. dunno
Couldn't agree more about the pointlessness of the Royals.

I know that isn't strictly what you said but it's what i chose to hear.

Unelected spongers who have the audacity to think they're ordained by God to be indefinitely propped up by taxpayers. I'd love an audience with the Queen for the opportunity to NOT bow.
I'm not saying that from an Irish nationalist perspective either. Nationalism isn't much good for anything other than arbitrarily disliking people who are not for your country.

*catches self in full on whinge mode.

The next targets of my ire shall be white people who wear sunglasses indoors, soccer fans, baby seals and off course the poor.
Quite, BA. And to the trained clinical eye, apfelle falle ikke langst fra stamme, na? Touche, Aa'V.
