Beware of the Sheep that sheds her wolf skin. or worse returns Home.

She is the most gentle of all who exist in the world, and yetthe most deadly to go to war with.

She is the most softest of beings and yet has the most hardened exterior.
She has loved this world beyond comprehension, but is hated in return.
She has remained silent for over thousands of years, and yet speaks highly of this world

As a child she was a doormat for peoples stories she always remained silent, oblivious to the accusations around her.
She would walk to her Nan's that way if a story was made about her she would have to be amongst her family to make it happen. But she went to the one place she felt loved. That was her only driven mindset to go where she can be loved.

Before she was born the woman whom carried her had the purest of hate, for her being the acute sensitive baby she was, she felt that overwhelming hate that emanated from this woman. Imagine being the center of a room surrounded by a thousand brothers and sisters all hating you at once. This is a small essence of how large amounts of feelings of hate she felt from the one person who is meant to love her. So unlike most children she never made a sound once she was conceived in this world. Her terror of the woman who just bore her, was next level. 3-5 years go by her folks were extremely concerned with how quiet and withdrawn she was from the world.

So she found a way to solve her fears of her folks, especially the woman...
She has placed her memories deep down in her own mind so she may only remember the happy. But has also placed her happy memories there also. You suppress one, you suppress all. But it helped her to get along with all of those around her. She started to come out of her shell so to speak. her memories of her birth she suppressed so deeply in her mind she forgot the first 3 years of her life in the world.

its fair to say she cried alot when she was young bullied by cousins had the most gentle of natures, which her uncles aunts and grandpts loved. but hated by her cousins for all the attention she got from their own parents. She moved from one place to another quite often.

Again she found solace by herself until she had a dog named tutu, at a turning point she began to hate the dog, until she almost lost her best friend. Never again did she neglect tutu.

She had a bed wetting problem right up until she was like 6-7, had no control of her bladder at that age, so her folks solution was to stop her from drinking after a certain hour of the night.

Actually, I'm thinking of a trip to Ohio to visit my brother. The only thing holding me back is the temperature there was 33 degrees.

#Changing your lifestyle could be a big step toward diabetes prevention — and it's never too late to start. Consider these tips.

Lifestyle changes can help prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes, the most common form of the disease. Prevention is especially important if you're currently at an increased risk of type 2 diabetes because of excess weight or obesity, high cholesterol, or a family history of diabetes.
If you have been diagnosed with prediabetes — high blood sugar that doesn't reach the threshold of a diabetes diagnosis — lifestyle changes can prevent or delay the onset of disease.
Making a few changes in your lifestyle now may help you avoid the serious health complications of diabetes in the future, such as nerve, kidney and heart damage. It's never too late to start.
1. Lose extra weight
Losing weight reduces the risk of diabetes. People in one large study reduced their risk of developing diabetes by almost 60% after losing approximately 7% of their body weight with changes in exercise and diet.
The American Diabetes Association recommends that people with prediabetes lose at least 7% to 10% of their body weight to prevent disease progression. More weight loss will translate into even greater benefits.
Set a weight-loss goal based on your current body weight. Talk to your doctor about reasonable short-term goals and expectations, such as a losing 1 to 2 pounds a week.
2. Be more physically active
There are many benefits to regular physical activity. Exercise can help you:
Lose weight
Lower your blood sugar
Boost your sensitivity to insulin — which helps keep your blood sugar within a normal range
Goals for most adults to promote weight loss and maintain a healthy weight include:
Aerobic exercise. Aim for 30 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous aerobic exercise — such as brisk walking, swimming, biking or running — on most days for a total of at least 150 minutes a week.
Resistance exercise. Resistance exercise — at least 2 to 3 times a week — increases your strength, balance and ability to maintain an active life. Resistance training includes weightlifting, yoga and calisthenics.
Limited inactivity. Breaking up long bouts of inactivity, such as sitting at the computer, can help control blood sugar levels. Take a few minutes to stand, walk around or do some light activity every 30 minutes.
3. Eat healthy plant foods
Plants provide vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates in your diet. Carbohydrates include sugars and starches — the energy sources for your body — and fiber. Dietary fiber, also known as roughage or bulk, is the part of plant foods your body can't digest or absorb.
Fiber-rich foods promote weight loss and lower the risk of diabetes. Eat a variety of healthy, fiber-rich foods, which include:
Fruits, such as tomatoes, peppers and fruit from trees
Nonstarchy vegetables, such as leafy greens, broccoli and cauliflower
Legumes, such as beans, chickpeas and lentils
Whole grains, such as whole-wheat pasta and bread, whole-grain rice, whole oats, and quinoa
The benefits of fiber include:
Slowing the absorption of sugars and lowering blood sugar levels
Interfering with the absorption of dietary fat and cholesterol
Managing other risk factors that affect heart health, such as blood pressure and inflammation
Helping you eat less because fiber-rich foods are more filling and energy rich
Avoid foods that are "bad carbohydrates" — high in sugar with little fiber or nutrients: white bread and pastries, pasta from white flour, fruit juices, and processed foods with sugar or high-fructose corn syrup.
4. Eat healthy fats
Fatty foods are high in calories and should be eaten in moderation. To help lose and manage weight, your diet should include a variety of foods with unsaturated fats, sometimes called "good fats."

My fb friend(2016) & former client, Sir Mark from the occult & magic community. Met for the 1st time.
I can still remember our online drinking spree at fb. Passing around a shot glass & singing karaoke. Me in Pasay(Manila) & him at Davao(Mindanao). LOLS.
Though we only communicate online.
We shared a deeper spiritual bond.
Him asking me for help to heal a friend who have terminal cancer (sarcoma) 2021. We shed tears when we knew Sir Marlowe will not make it. July 27 2021 I was crying mad for hours. I can almost hear the painful screams of Marlowe . I feel his pain as an empath. Never have the chance to attend his funeral service in person. Just fb live funeral online streaming...
Me becoming spiritual mother to his nephew . Baby Asher. I am very fond of him.
