One Belt and Road Initiative growing stronger

Pakistan’s top court directs central bank to issue funds for snap polls

The parliament had on Thursday (13) ruled it wasn’t possible to spare Rs 21 billion ($74.79 million) in funds for the snap polls, which the court had ordered.

Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial had summoned officials from the finance ministry, the central bank and the Election Commision of Pakistan (ECP) to his chamber on Friday to seek a reply on the funds, warning that non-compliance would have consequences.

The parliament had on Thursday (13) ruled it wasn’t possible to spare Rs 21 billion ($74.79 million) in funds for the snap polls, which the court had ordered.

The court order said the chief justice directed the central bank’s acting governor and the finance ministry to coordinate and “forthwith allocate and release” the money from federal consolidated funds no later than April 17.

China spent £194.97 billion rescuing ‘Belt and Road Initiative’ nations, says study

Argentina was the largest beneficiary, receiving £90.80bn, equivalent to $111.8bn, followed by Pakistan with £39.39 ($48.5bn) and Egypt with £12.67 ($15.6bn)

Countries have received bailouts to extend loans and remain solvent. China claims over 150 countries have joined the trillion-dollar BRI infrastructure initiative launched by President Xi Jinping ten years ago.

According to Beijing, the objective of the initiative is to strengthen friendly trade ties with other countries, especially those in the developing world.

Japan, India, France to announce launch of Sri Lanka’s debt restructuring negotiation process

Sri Lanka confident of Chinese support in debt restructuring: central bank chief

The central bank chief of the crisis-hit South Asian country said Sri Lanka is optimistic of China’s continued support, pointing to how Beijing “did the right thing in giving Sri Lanka financing assurances last time”.

“I think this is probably the first time China has given it that fast,” he said.

With the help of the International Monetary Fund and other partners who also helped share information, said Weerasinghe, the debt restructuring process can continue.

“Obviously China is a country that has been helping Sri Lanka for a long time and [it has[ invested a lot [in Sri Lanka]. [It will be in the] best interest of both China and Sri Lanka to complete this process soon and we can get back to repaying our debt service obligations,” he said.

“Sooner the better for both countries,” he added.

In February, China’s Exim Bank gave Sri Lanka a two-year moratorium on its defaulted loans and said it would discuss additional re-structuring within that ‘window’.

In early March, Sri Lanka secured a 2.9 billion dollar extended fund facility from the IMF after obtaining assurances of support from China.

Build the wall.

Note: thanks all for the comments while I was in jail. It means a lot to me.

The only president that exactly says what he means.

Transparency at its best.

Call me whatever but I think I will join the revolt if he's impeached.

Pelosi, what a clown.

The FISA memo

I can't wait for it to be completely exposed.

Let's see what's up in the air.

How disturbing and contemptible these activities are.

DOES AMERICA WANT TRUMP BACK?

Vote now. Yes or No.
I will count votes.

Is it the desire for the citizens of the USA to welcome back ex President Trump? Would it make you happy to see him in the White House?
What do you think?
This time, would you allow him to count the votes himself? Was he cheated last time?
Should tanks guard Capitol Hill in case he lost?
Should his wife be vice president?

Has Trump made himself ineligible for any elected office?

There is a growing body of legal opinion that between his involvement and non-actiions, in the January 6 attempted coup and his statements about throwing out the US Constitution if elected President again (which is itself a tacit admission he recognizes he was not elected President in 2020) that Trump violated the provisions of Amendment 14, Section 3 of the US Constitution. Although it has been over 199 years since this clause was used to remove an elected Federal official from office or prevent their seeking one, it is still a very real part of the highest law in the United States.

The wording is:
"Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

Several Federal judges and State election officials are maintaining this precludes Donald Trump from ever again being placed on a ballot for office.

The swamp that Trump is draining

NOTE: IMPEACH Trump? Yeah good luck.

A friend of mine sent me this and it is very logical and it might change our US political system forever. DOJ, FBI, White House policies.

"This is the swamp that Trump is draining. Let’s do our parts as American citizens and get this treason out there for all to see.
Chuck Nelson"

Let’s follow the trail……

Here's what it looks like when all the pieces are sewn together. It smells like conspiracy and treason. Everyone needs to read this. Slowly, and patiently, because it’s very important......

From 2001 to 2005 there was an ongoing investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

A Grand Jury had been empanelled.

Governments from around the world had donated to the “Charity”.

Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “Donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared.

Hmmm, now you would think that an honest investigator would be able to figure this out.

Guess who took over this investigation in 2002?

Bet you can’t guess.

None other than James Comey.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was transferred in to the Internal Revenue Service to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS?

Your friend and mine, Lois “Be on The Look Out” (BOLO) Lerner.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

It gets better, well not really, but this is all just a series of strange coincidences, right?

Guess who ran the Tax Division inside the Department of Injustice from 2001 to 2005?

No other than the Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Rod Rosenstein.

Now, that’s interesting, isn’t it?

Guess who was the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation during this time frame?

I know, it’s a miracle, just a coincidence, just an anomaly in statistics and chances, but it was Robert Mueller..

What do all four casting characters have in common?

They all were briefed and/or were front line investigators into theClinton Foundation Investigation.

Now that’s just a coincidence, right?

Ok, lets chalk the last one up to mere chance.

Let’s fast forward to 2009......

James Comey leaves the Justice Department to go and cash-in at Lockheed Martin.

Hillary Clinton is running the State Department, on her own personal email server by the way.

The Uranium One “issue” comes to the attention of the Hillary.

Like all good public servants do, you know looking out for America’s best interest, she decides to support the decision and approve the sale of 20% of US Uranium to none other than, the Russians.

Now you would think that this is a fairly straight up deal, except it wasn’t, the People of America got absolutely nothing out of it.

However, prior to the sale approval, none other than Bill Clinton goes to Moscow, gets paid $500K (that’s $500,000.00) for a one hour speech then meets with Vladimir Putin at his home for a few hours.

Hillary not being tried

Meaning either what she did is acceptable or perhaps Trump is getting soft.

I hope that there's a good reason why she's not going to be tried.

I'm disappointed if she's left unaccountable for those blunders and incompetence. Wouldn't you?

Return to sender

Seems whilst we've been talking about the return of the ISIS bride this is just the tip of the iceberg wow a tweet from President Trump -
“the caliphate is ready to fall. The United States is asking Britain, France, Germany and other European allies to take back over 800 ISIS fighters that we captured in Syria and put them on trial. “The alternative is not a good one in that we will be forced to release them.”

He then went on to say “The U.S. does not want to watch as these ISIS fighters permeate Europe, which is where they are expected to go. We do so much, and spend so much - Time for others to step up and do the job that they are so capable of doing. We are pulling back after 100% caliphate victory!”

In the west we've got used to putting our rubbish in bins & leaving it to someone else to deal with, looks like we're about to get it back professor

MAGA Campaign Failure

Trump Rally Fizzles as Attendance Falls Short of Campaign’s Expectations
President Trump’s attempt to revive his re-election bid sputtered badly as he traveled to Tulsa for his first mass rally in months but found a small crowd and delivered a disjointed speech.

TULSA, Okla. — President Trump’s attempt to revive his re-election campaign sputtered badly on Saturday night as he traveled to Tulsa for his first mass rally in months and found a far smaller crowd than his aides had promised him, then delivered a disjointed speech that did not address the multiple crises facing the nation or scandals battering him in Washington.

The weakness of Mr. Trump’s drawing power and political skills, in a state that voted for him overwhelmingly and in a format that he favors, raised new questions about his electoral prospects for a second term at a time when his poll numbers were already falling. And rather than speak to the wide cross-section of Americans who say they are concerned about police violence and systemic racism, he continued to use racist language, describing the coronavirus as “Kung Flu.”

While the president’s campaign had claimed that more than a million people had sought tickets for the rally, the 19,000-seat BOK Center was at least one-third empty during the rally. A second, outdoor venue was so sparsely attended that he and Vice President Mike Pence both canceled appearances there.
