Trump's policy on building the walls

Depending on one's interest, it is very debatable whether Trump's policy on immigration works or not. In particular is the building of the wall between Mexico and the US.

This project is not new, in fact it was always a major concern of the government whoever is the sitting president. I remember when Clinton was the president and carried on when Bush took over that this project is of utmost priority. There was billion of dollars allotted to carry on the same intention as Trump is doing today. The difference is, he wants the Mexican government to shoulder the responsibility of which makes me wonder, why should Mexico do that. First of all what benefit would it do for them and second where would they pluck the money to do it?

Anyways, as far as I am concerned, it is to the best interest of our country, the USA to build that wall and properly vet everyone who wishes to come to this country whether through the land borders, ocean and or on air.

Immigration laws are created to protect the interest of any country. But I personally think that it is the burden of the country that wants to control influx of illegal entry. Asking Mexico to take care of this expensive and major responsibility just baffle the hell out of me.

What do you think? What is the success let alone chance of this project to be done?

The Final Word

The bottom line remains this: Trump did not violate federal campaign finance laws. Why? Because the payments to Daniels and McDougal amounted to a “private transaction,” as the president himself acknowledged, for a purpose he believed to be unrelated to politics.

The president is correct that the payments had nothing to do with politics, and everything to do with brand management.

The “Trump” name is a brand, and that brand is big business. Protecting that brand’s reputation is critical to the business that uses it – just as it is for brands like Pepsi-Cola or United Airlines.

The fact that the man whose name is Trump happened to be a political candidate did not magically transform brand management into a campaign contribution.

Whatever money was paid out was clearly done to protect “Trump” the corporate brand – not Trump the political candidate, just as the Trump business has done before.

In the Justice Department’s memorandum not a single shred of evidence was presented to explain how a legal business expense became an illegal campaign contribution. Speculation, I repeat, 'speculation' is not enough to prosecute so-called “campaign finance violations.” Prosecutors in the SDNY will have a very hard time proving otherwise and making the case for a felony charge.

NOT HAPPENING!!

Democrat calls for death of Republican's family. Now the typical norm for Democrats

An Illinois state Democratic lawmaker is facing increasing pressure to resign after she called for the deaths of a Republican lawmaker's family during a floor speech this week.

Democrat Rep. Stephanie Kifowit said she wanted to pump a "broth of Legionella" into Republican Rep. Peter Breen's water system so his wife and children would "be infected" and "ultimately die."

"I would like to make him a broth of Legionella and pump it into the water system of his loved ones so that they can be infected, they can be mistreated, they can sit and suffer by getting aspirin instead of being properly treated and ultimately die," Kifowit said in a fit of rage.

Kifowit's horrifying remark "came just before the Illinois House voted 71-36 to override Gov. Bruce Rauner’s amendatory veto of a bill to increase the cap the state pays in civil litigation cases from $100,000 to $2 million," The Chicago Sun-Times reported.

A few minutes after Kifowit's shocking statement, Republican Rep. Jeanne Ives came to Breen’s defense on the legislative floor.

"How dare you concoct up some sort of story about brewing up some batch of Legionella and having him feed it to his family," Ives fired back. "How dare you take the discussion and the debate about a very serious bill that has a huge cost consequence on both sides, both for the victim and the state taxpayers. How dare you take an honest debate about an issue and then wish death on my colleague Peter Breen, his wife and his two adopted kids."

Pelosi: 'If I Am Not Elected Speaker, Millions Will Die'

WASHINGTON, D.C.—As rumors swirled that top Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi may not retain her leadership of House Democrats, the congressional leader offered a dire warning to her fellow Democratic congresspeople and the nation at large: "if I am not elected Speaker of the House, millions will die."

She said the death toll from her being ousted as the Dems' top congressperson would be "ten times larger" than the deaths that resulted from Trump's election, the Republican tax cuts, and Kavanaugh's confirmation to the Supreme Court.

"This will kill more people than global warming, the net neutrality repeal, and Republicanism combined," she said gravely. "I will retain power at all costs in order to save us from this terrible fate—even if it kills Democrats' chances at reinventing the party for good."

Pelosi reminded those gathered of how correct her predictions on everything else have been. She pointed out that the death toll from Kavanaugh's nomination was in the hundreds of millions, just as she had warned. She then reminded people of her similarly accurate predictions on every single thing the Republicans have done over the past two years.

"When have I ever been wrong about this kind of thing?" she said.

Trump seen jaywalking

Trump was seen jaywalking on an empty street some time last year. The FBI is investigating, it is clear he was hoping to possibly cause a car accident that could lead to a riot that would culminate in the overthrow of the US government. He must be tried prosecuted and jailed!!!

Gas prices shot up 30 cents overnite

Yesterday morning gas prices stood at $3.39. On my way to work early afternoon yesterday, it went up .10 to now $3.49. Today while I was out, it's now $3.79. Shot up 40 cents since yesterday morning.

Let's all give Biden a round of applause.

thumbs down

Notice how went gas prices go down some of your liberal twits on here will give Biden credit. The minute gas prices shoot up, they blame OPEC.

We all know why gas prices are up. For one, OPEC doesn't like Biden (with good reason) , and the election is this coming Tuesday. Another, liberal policies with going green.

thumbs down

Pennsyltucky Federal Appeals Court Justice....

....puts the kibosh on State election result certification. Hate when that happens----2000 all over again.
Placing the matter one step closer to a SCOTUS look see, adjudication, and rulings on just remedies. Hey, I can suggest one.
Turf it all over to the 31 to 19 GOP majority State legislatures---one of 50 votes each one. As a well foreseen Constitutional option, from the founders. Nice, VERY nice.

What could possibly go wrong? Safest election in history.

And when the anarchists hit the streets, skip the tear gas-----full metal jacketed rounds for all. Law men and Militia. All around.
