As a human being watching the World implode over the incident in Minneapolis I have to ask myself why we are not learning from this instead of tearing each other apart.

Yes there is still prejudice in this World in many walks of life, but taking sides just causes more division . Racism is deep rooted and a part of our history but it should be just that HISTORY Have we learned nothing from the past that we cannot move forward together and unite instead of divide.

Wondering how one know's honesty of a person in a long distance friendship or a relationship.

I encourage bloggers to google The Internet Narcissism epidemic Its a well known fact,that Narcissists use the internet as a tool to inflate their imaginary Grandiose image of themselves,I have seen a few endless lengthy blogs here,Narcissists try and inflate their ego using Subtle Pride,eg:by telling everyone,how wise they are,don't fall for it,some say "I'm only here for the Blogs this again this gives them a feeling of Superiority,Please Google the Narcissist Personalty Disorder they are not nice people NPD is a mental disorder, and remember Knowledge is Power,heres to dealing with real people,I expect criticism because when you criticise a Narcissist you are just worthless,they respond with anger ann disdain and more. ...God, that wavering southern female drawl must drive men wild during pillow talk. But I digress.
Sure, these high flying lawyers do sometimes stick necks out, in support of a losing cause. Especially if somewhere down the road they see professional advantage, and Mr. Green. Lots of Mr. G.
But her allegations were so devastating, specific and internally mutually supportive, that to falsely chirp away in these regards, would be professional suicide. These folks don't play that game.

Now let's allow the rest of their work to proceed, for which plenty of time exists, and the final adjudication of the SCOTUS. Remedies may then follow, but which ones?

One purpose of the blogs is to express your opinion. Quite a few just post videos or cut and paste articles; which is not so much expressing an opinion as just agreeing with someone else's. I think there is a case to be made that, if you are not capable of articulating your opinion yourself, then you are not really qualified to have an opinion that deserves sharing.

How self-delusional do you think you are?

It is said that everyone thinks they are a good driver and have a good sense of humor.

I’ve seen people here write that they think they are smart, witty, funny, etc... and I am left scratching my head. I am not able to understand where they get that self-assessment from. Lol

Those same folks also seem to enjoy labeling others in an equally erroneous fashion.

Just wondering if I’m the only one who observes this behavior

I was thinking about the phrase and after giving a deep thought ...... ...faith and with the right people wakes my soul.

I was just on my way back from a movie when I was looking out into the night sky. Parking my car, the stillness of the night revealed the lively chirping of the crickets.

It is often said as we go through life, we will discover our purpose of life. Don't you often wonder if there has to be more to life than just waking up, doing your routine, going to sleep, only to wake up to do the same thing over and over and over and over and over....okay, you get the picture.

Have you discovered your purpose? Do you believe we have a purpose? I can imagine a lot of people will say that their children are their purpose. That could be. Is it really your purpose if you are doing it for "my" child/children? That just sounds a little selfish to me (what do I know). Maybe they might be a hint or a path to your purpose??? I really do not know.

I cannot say I have discovered my purpose yet. I live my life trying to leave people better off (even if just so slightly) than they were before they met me. I might give them a genuine compliment, give them a constructive criticism, help them with something, give my non-bias advice/opinion, or give them few extra bucks to help them through this difficult life. Is this my purpose? I do not know.

What do you all think? Do we have a purpose? Do we have no purpose? If you think there is a purpose each of us have in life and you think you discovered yours....do you care to share it here? If so....let's hear it. :)

How nice it is to be free. No restrictions.

Well as you may already know, there were so many of us in CS jail in the last week or so. All for different reasons but bottom line is that on my note it said: "This site is free for those who respect the rules", or something in that regard.

Most of you probably has never been banned or in jail, so let me tell you how I felt when I got banned from posting, not that most of you care, but perhaps, if you are like me, seeking constantly to improve ourselves, then that was a very good lesson. I hope I learn enough that I wouldn't be banned again.

I knew there are so many on here that don't share my position on matters that affect my life, but the reality of it is, there will always be those that don't like me, insult, and or dislike, however, this site does provide this very nice section to express our different opinions, different experiences, belief and values and I will strive to be better always. Never losing our cool is the bottom line. Be diplomatic and debate with respect. I know I fell off the wagon so many times, but I will try to be very civil and diplomatic in all our discussions.

Most of all, I want to express my gratefulness on this site for having provided me not only once but twice in finding a very true love and friends, like you.
