Thoughts

U get your degree then what?u realize u have been so focused on school that u haven't thought of anything else in life.

It was always finish your exam , start preparing for the next semester get extra cash for school, fare and all the other carp that u need!

until you realize you gat that degree u know, now what?u start working, 8 to 5 everyday, it becomes a routine,

Believe me i ain't complaining am really grateful for everything but i feel like it isn't enough, mostly u r just going through life not living it!

I wish i could travel the world, go to Dubai get a job there, learn Arabic, settle in Saudi, have a beautiful family that u come home to at the end of the day, people that love you and support you,

And may be, just may be take that nursing course and change careers,

Now i see it u know lol, i am definitely 'just hanging by a thread'!

I always thought i was a writer, that i could write almost anything but man, was i wrong??!I wanted to write, put into writing what is going through my head tonight and most nights, not for any reason actually but mostly to make sense of what i am feeling!

The 11 Negative Emotions - Anger

Many people are unaware of their negative emotions. Today the first of the 11 most common examples of negative emotions, so that you will be able to describe the emotion when it appears. Here are some definitions according to Wikipedia:

Anger

Anger is “an intense emotional response. It is a normal emotion that involves a strong uncomfortable and emotional response to a perceived provocation. Often it indicates when one’s personal boundaries are violated. Some have a learned tendency to react to anger through retaliation. “

Some self-development gurus treat anger as something wrong, the destroyer of peace of mind. Yes, anger can make you blind. I have devoted a whole chapter about this emotion.

However, anger is a completely normal and often healthy human emotion. The problem starts when it gets out of control and turns destructive. Then it can lead to problems: in your personal relationships, at work, and in the overall quality of your life.

Let's go in past

If GOD give you a chance to go in past to correct your mistakes, then which mistake will you correct?

Life is full of difficulties and opportunities.
If we always keep grieving instead of fighting with problems, we will lose many opportunities in our lives.
Instead of regretting what you have not got, be happy and progress in what you have got.

I understood these lessions very late.frustrated
I have made a lot of mistakes because of this ignorance.doh
So,
If GOD give me a chance to go in my past, I will teach these lessions to myself in beginning (in childhood). comfort

Combatability, verses combat, within a relationship.

Now, there's the rub.
As we age, gracefully, trying to enjoy every moment, it seems we have less time for some things, and more for others. Sure, not at all profound thought, but, as with common sense, it's seemingly not very common, as we all rush about in this modern life.
We each have a list of that which we have learned auger best for forming a healthy and healthful relationship. For me, trying to remain patiently open to new ideas, while sometimes a challenge, is important. Several other works in progress at self improvement also come to mind. These seem to vary with most of us in finer details, but I bet there is much overlap on the main points.
Things to avoid, and to snuggle up to. Certainly trying to keep others from getting free rent in our heads.
We are, after all, mostly responsible for our own happiness.

Beyond Belief

To get a good idea of what you actually believe, look at your own life.

if you hold to a certain belief, you will think and feel according to that belief.
If you think and feel a certain way, you will act that way.
Actions create your experience of reality and you get the evidence that supports that initial belief.
It is a self generating cycle that reinforces itself.

Now, many beliefs have been instilled early on by your family upbringing and the culture and society one finds oneself in,, but have you considered that you can change beliefs that no longer serve you?

You are actually beyond belief unless you say you're not, but that too is a belief and a choice.
If you say you believe in nothing, that too is a belief and choice.

Core beliefs have an aggregate of other beliefs tied to them which support each other.

It is always your choice.

do you feel sleepy while driving

Whenever I drive, after 20 kms I start falling asleep. When I try to sleep by stopping the car, the sleep disappears and when I try to start the car and proceed, it starts falling asleep again. This is a very strange and dangerous situation.

I have found solution to this problem.
Whenever I drive after eating cooked food, I feel sleepy, but if I do not eat cooked food, stay empty stomach or eat raw food (fruits) then I do not sleep.
I came to know from naturopathy doctor in youtube that eating cooked food makes lethargic but eating raw food (fruits) does not make anyone lethargic.
Now whenever I have to drive more than 20 or 30 kms, I do not eat cooked food.

Aotearoa

Paheka(foreigner) translated the word Aotearoa as land of the long white cloud. No.
The true Meaning is Long(roa) Mist(tea) World(Ao), it appears as one word, for this is how we originally wrote our sentences wewrotethemtogether in reverse.
Long Mist World is not just New Zealand, its everywhere in every country,
Back in the old days when English met Maori, The Rangatira of the time were extremely intelligent, they were asked to describe the land which is currently called NZ. And said Aotearoa. They weren't talking about the country, but The Mist, they knew somewhere in the future someone would stumble upon this, and know what they are referring to.

Hidden in plain sight a word that is older than time, an Ancient word worth more than all currency combined.

Maori Cosmology startss with Te Whare Whakairo (Carved House)

The Outside of the house is called Te Ao Marama (Moon World), inside is called Te Ao Po (Night World). I am going to talk about inside the Carved House.
refer to:

Why is the Whare referring to night?
Because the reason there are tukutuku panels around their entire walls except the back is a state of Mind and Light Spirit connect. IT is what the seer sees(Mist) from a center point of view and telling instructions of what is to be done. A pole with the carving of a Statue represents Te Rangatira, as the story goes Te Rangatira is the Heart of his world and sees words of Heaven in all directions of his entire vision by focusing at one point. Te Rangatira is telling how he sees The Mist from his/her perspective within Te Whare Whakairo. and if you have a close look you will see paua shells in the eyes of the statue, represents his Soul's Mind.

Google "inside wharenui" and you will see what most Carved houses look like
Inside there are carved walls (poupou)

refer to:

whats curious about these images is that they look like sets of stairs
and when given a closer look of these panels you can see they are made up of "X's"
But in fact they are T's lying down or in its edge, this is known as the 1st word of Heaven 'T', also known asthe cross of light by english definition.

Te as in second change s to T Tecond remove cond Te(proper pronunciation extremely important) Te is a silent 'e'

Te is the first letter(word) of the Maori Language, Te Reo Maori, for it is also the heart of all words and the 1st Word of Heaven. and as the story goes, The Stair Way to Heaven(not the song) is through many words of Heaven origin, which u must learn to reach the top. Using Te in a sentence is our way of acknowledging the first word created.

I see The Mist. Daily...
The video that comes close to this is 'the mating dance of the fireflies'
refer to:

1:43 is the start ofthe dance

If you wish to learn how to see this Mist, ask. simple.peace

Those who think positive they're always happy healthy and smiling.

introspection

How much do you know yourself?

Just like we stand in front of the mirror everyday to look physically beautiful and look at ourselves, do we do something like that everyday to make ourselves beautiful from inside (character, behavior, etc)?
