President Jeremy Clarkson

Why is it that Google thinks the whole world revolves around the USA doh Wanting the latest poll for the upcoming UK election I went to Google.UK & had to wade through pages of polls for the American election before finally getting to the UK, if I'd wanted polls for the states I'd have gone Google.US roll eyes Here I should point out that the abbreviation US in English stands for unserviceable or more normally useless professor The reason for wanting to check the latest poll was to see how the new Republican party are doing dunno The answer being extremely well uh oh wow
Latest poll 1st April 2015
Embedded image from another site

As you can see from the poll the Republicans ( In Austin Allegro beige ) have taken the lead, hardly a real surprise I suppose having Jeremy Clarkson as their newly appointed leader following his sacking from auntie beeb & the huge show of support for him banana In all probability their policies are equally responsible, dissolving the royal family to make way for a Republic, pulling out of the EEC, full scale military assault on Argentina, 20% discount on the new Aston Martin etc dancing In addition James May as home secretary is proving popular as is Richard Hamster Hammond for foreign secretary, so we will be sending our own sprout to Brussels to handle the withdrawal applause I shall update as the results come in but it looks a landslide victory for the Republicans & President J Clarkson bowing

I wonder if the US voters have learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it.

During his campaign Trump promises to eliminate the national debt, and instead almost immediately gives the rich a huge permanent tax cut, and proceeds over the next 3 years to drive up the national debt by $8.3 Trillion.

Have the voters learned from history, or is the US doomed to repeat it ? dunno

Goodbye Nato - Goodbye world peace.

For some unknown reason huge numbers of people see the EU as cuddly , a bit like the teddy-bear you had as a child, always there when you needed it......... get real doh

The EU is a project to acquire complete undemocratic federal control of Europe, always has been from day one, the British people were duped into joining it back in the 70's by being told it was a common market. Most of the world's population isn't interested in what the EU is up to as they think it doesn't\won't affect them.....think again professor

Britain has been a pain in the arse for the EU for decades, vetoing there excesses, soon Britain won't be there anymore to do that, already the EU is forging ahead with plans for an EU army, that will of course be a nuclear power, this will of course mean the collapse of NATO as many NATO members are also EU members. NATO has kept peace in the world since the last war by the principle "You attack any NATO country you attack them all", in addition Trump has said if he's elected, which looks highly likely as Clinton is rumoured to be dying, he will withdraw the support of NATO from countries not spending 2% of GDP on defence, that's most of them, so either way NATO is a dead organisation walking sad flower

The EU is controlled not by elected MPs as it appears, they're there to rubber stamp the decisions made by unelected commissioners, a shadier bunch you wouldn't want to meet , but ALL the unelected hierarchy have one thing in common when you look at there backgrounds, they have all either worked for or have connections to Goldman Sachs, the last retired President of the commission has just taken a directorship at yes you guessed it Goldman Sachs. Sachs is bank, It's for others to decide what there interest is in controlling the whole of the Europe, and indeed who's behind it dunno

Grave New World

With quickly advancing robotics technology and artificial intelligence coming on in leaps and bounds, it seems likely that in the foreseeable future most human employment will disappear. It isn’t difficult to envisage a world where the only human role in industry and commerce is that of decision making. It sounds great; no more will anyone have to work for a living, just leisure from the cradle to the grave. But when we no longer have to work for a living, what exactly will ‘a living’ consist of? Or perhaps more to the point, who will provide us with it?

If the technology is in private hands, one has to wonder what incentive those hands have to share its benefits with the masses. What reason would the elite controllers have for not creating a new aristocracy among themselves, and consigning the rest of us back to peasantry? Because peasantry would be of no use to them, that’s the reason. They wouldn’t even need us for the hard labour and menial work that used to be the lot of the peasant. Far more likely they would just exclude us altogether and leave us to fend for ourselves. Back to the Stone Age for us, I fear.

If, however, governments had the foresight to take control of the development and application of all super technology before the opportunity is lost to them, we might be in with a chance of being its beneficiaries after all, because then it would belong to us all. Of course, it would depend on the complexion of any particular government how and what benefits actually were allowed to be enjoyed by the general public. A political philosophy based on the individual and his ability to get on in life wouldn’t really work for anybody in this scenario; after all, no matter how enterprising you were, there would simply be no opportunity to express it. Your talents, no matter how profitable they might once have been, would be required by no one now. In a social sense, we all really would be equal.

It is probably no exaggeration to say that the political decisions we make now will have a bigger impact on our future than has ever before been the case. We need to be putting politicians with a strong social conscience in place now.

Vote Socialist, before it’s too late. professor

Zimbabwe’s New Cabinet Does Not Inspire Hope.

While Mr Mnangagwa has chosen to keep many of Mr Mugabe's former cabinet ministers in office, the new president has also awarded high positions to the military leaders who have previously supported him.uh oh

Zimbabwe Defense Forces Commander, General Constantine Guveya Chiwenga, is expected to become Vice President of Zimbabwe.shock

Sibusiso Moyo, the general who appeared on state TV after the military takeover and also the man who lied to the world by denying that a coup had taken place, is the new foreign minister; a very appropriate appointment, I'd say. Ah, it is also said that he holds a PhD in international relations, though I could not establish yet who awarded this degree. dunno

The head of Zimbabwe's air force, Perence Shiri, was named the minister of agriculture and land affairs. This soldier was linked to the mass killings of ordinary Zimbabweans during the mid 80s of the previous century while serving Robert Mugabe. Some 20,000 Zimbabweans died during this purge.frustrated

Patrick Chinamasa was reinstated as finance minister after Mugabe fired him a while ago.

War veteran leaders, who spearheaded mass protests to force Mugabe out of office, were also awarded positions in the cabinet. Chris Mutsvangwa is now the Information Minister while another became a deputy in the defense and security ministry.mumbling

And I suspect more military figures to be imported into the cabinet during the next few months. I think this is stage one of a few to follow. I may be a bit too skeptic about this but it does not look as if we can expect much for the better. On the contrary…sigh

This is a (blank) wing site. LOL!

First, let's define terms.

Anyone who looks at the world and says "Right Wing" is seeing the world through Communist lenses, because that's how the Left sees the world.

In a free, First World society, you can have multiple political viewpoints represented, and they can be allowed to rise and fall on their own merits.

Free societies use the Socratic method, or something like it, using logic and avoiding logical fallacies, to ultimately reach the truth.

Leftists, who come from the self-defined Left (part of Communist epistemology, those anti-Royalists sat on the Left in French parliament, adopted the color red as their symbolic color, and adopted the moniker "Communists" from the commune... an early attempt at revolutionary government), see their rivals, therefore, as "Right Wing."

They don't allow free speech. But maintain a death grip on the public microphone.

Normal, and healthy free societies don't have Communists, just as a healthy body doesn't have cancer.

They have their Constitutions, their limits on governmental power, and guarantees of civil liberties.

So, if a Leftist complains of CS being a "Right Wing" site, that means the undemocratic cancer has not set it.

That's a very good thing.

Carry on.
