PELOSI LEARNS THE HARD WAY SHE CAN’T OUT-TRUMP TRUMP

President Donald Trump canceling the Democrats’ seven-day trip to Europe and the Middle East because they should be in town negotiating an end to the government shutdown was met with clutched pearls by Democrats and the media. This came only a day after they all cheered Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s attempt to cancel the State of the Union address. Hypocrisy much?

We continue mocking the more ridiculous “#ShutdownStories” on social media and have a talk with Kurt Schlichter about his new novel, the situation in Syria, and when is it time to cut-bait in Afghanistan.

Democrats claim to be very concerned with the fate of federal workers furloughed during the government shutdown, but some were ready to spend seven days in Belgium, Egypt, and Afghanistan rather than work to end the impasse. How could a deal be struck if the speaker of the House was on the other side of the planet?

Thankfully, we don’t have to find out because Trump canceled the trip. This, naturally, led to a complete meltdown on the left. But if a State of the Union address was inappropriate during a shutdown, how is a week long taxpayer-funded trip around the world cool? As Democrats were on the bus ready to head to the airport, the president decided we shouldn’t find out.

Media-types were beside themselves, going so far as to wonder what it will take for congressional Democrats to start impeachment proceedings. Not even kidding.

Should the U.S. pull out of Syria, and how much time do we have to give the Afghan people to be able to stand up to tyranny on their own before we can pull out? If they can’t stand by now, will they ever be able to? We talk about all that and his new novel “Wildfire” with author and retired Army Colonel Kurt Schlichter.

You didn't have a prayer Mike...

It's reported that former vice-president Mike Pence dropped out of the race to win the Republican presidential nomination today. He's quoted as saying: “After much prayer and deliberation, I have decided to suspend my campaign for president effective today."
Sorry Mike, you didn't have a prayer to begin with...
While many think you shouldn't have tried for a campaign, being at the bottom of the polls and never gaining traction. This decision is months overdue.

So what's the problem with immigration?

If someone wants to come and live in your country, shouldn't you be flattered, and thank them for the compliment thanks hug, rather than treat them with hostility?

collateral damage

The bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was it justified?

War is is a dirty business and yet it seems man never learns.

Does anyone feel that we're yet again heading to a possible extinction of mankind?

Note: if in fact, our earth is billion of years old, was it possible to have achieved such a technological marvel that killed mankind once or many a times?

Just curious.

Thanks all for your reads or comments if any.

911 victims to sue Saudi Arabia

Congress passes bill letting 9/11 victims sue Saudi Arabia, in face of veto threat.

Why would a president veto a very legitimate claim if we can prove that the respondent is guilty of this massive terror inflicted upon us?

Any ideas?

We're now run under totalitarian rules

"The Governor Of Minnesota Tells Current Residents To Leave State If They Don't Accommodate Huge Influx Of Muslim Migrants" - US Chronicle

What bothers me is not that his objective is of humanitarian impact, even then, they're simply migrants not refugees, but being an official, he's acting way out of our democratic system.

Have we completely lost our sense if democratic principles?

Are we now ruled without regard to our rights? Are we not supposed to put this in the ballot?

Shame on you Dayton.

Circus and more circus

What this election has turned into? Reading the main stream media and listening to the news is just making me feel irritated as we are getting close to the crucial moment of decision day.

Although sound principles and integrity are important aspect of the selection process, it does seem that we are overlooking the most important issues that need to be addressed by delving into the most inane and ridiculous character assassination surrounding this election in general.

The worst part, the media is playing us all like cats and dogs biting at every chance if only to gobble this garbage they are feeding us everyday.

The truth is, like I have said in my previous response why I still support Trump inspite of this allegations of disrespectful incidents on women as expressed in the locker rooms, he is far better choice than that of a criminal, lying b*tch like Hilary with a husband that has not only been criminally convicted of sex assault on women, but that he made it a habit to disregard women's integrity and honor. (Monica Lewinsky, Jennifer Flowers and Paula lady, all came out very strong and vocal against Clinton's very bad taste and poor treatment of women.

Trump had been on the limelight for the last 40 years or so and NO ONE ever accused him of this slight before until now that he is running for office.

If anything, he had put forward a very significant effort on making women recognized for what they can accomplish by according them equal pay and management post only given to men for the last 30 to 40 years.

Now I said it, and I will say it again. He is not perfect. He has made some mistakes like most of us do, but he is sincerely apologizing and these are not irrevocable. These are correctable character flaw. He is, in my hope changing for the better.

I dearly wish he were perfect, but with all the make up of global leaders, I do know he comes as one of the finer ones compared to the likes of Putin, Tse Tung, Stalin, etc. etc..

Don't be too harsh on judging him because if we look back at Edwards, Gore, et al., he is not as bad as them. Cheating and lying with their wives..
