PELOSI LEARNS THE HARD WAY SHE CAN’T OUT-TRUMP TRUMP
President Donald Trump canceling the Democrats’ seven-day trip to Europe and the Middle East because they should be in town negotiating an end to the government shutdown was met with clutched pearls by Democrats and the media. This came only a day after they all cheered Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s attempt to cancel the State of the Union address. Hypocrisy much?We continue mocking the more ridiculous “#ShutdownStories” on social media and have a talk with Kurt Schlichter about his new novel, the situation in Syria, and when is it time to cut-bait in Afghanistan.
Democrats claim to be very concerned with the fate of federal workers furloughed during the government shutdown, but some were ready to spend seven days in Belgium, Egypt, and Afghanistan rather than work to end the impasse. How could a deal be struck if the speaker of the House was on the other side of the planet?
Thankfully, we don’t have to find out because Trump canceled the trip. This, naturally, led to a complete meltdown on the left. But if a State of the Union address was inappropriate during a shutdown, how is a week long taxpayer-funded trip around the world cool? As Democrats were on the bus ready to head to the airport, the president decided we shouldn’t find out.
Media-types were beside themselves, going so far as to wonder what it will take for congressional Democrats to start impeachment proceedings. Not even kidding.
Should the U.S. pull out of Syria, and how much time do we have to give the Afghan people to be able to stand up to tyranny on their own before we can pull out? If they can’t stand by now, will they ever be able to? We talk about all that and his new novel “Wildfire” with author and retired Army Colonel Kurt Schlichter.

Bill, I just woke up and just started this novel but written by Nelson DeMille, all about terrorism.
What a coincidence. Google it. I'm not sure if it's the same as the one authored by Slichter.
The shut down has already eating up perhaps twice the money from the economics,than what Trump ask for the wall......still Pelois is on a 7 days trip and telling,that she are not ready to talk about even 1 dollar for the wall.......where is the ability to work out even a compromise, with a mindset like that......earlier I was thinking,that the both parties have their own good and bad things,but now after Pelois came to speaker,I can not honestly say anything else,than that I can see more reality in Republicans and with Democrats the good for the Country is completely lost with Pelois......and HELLOW,the media,that are saying,that Trump is the reason for the shut down,you need Socrates help here now,so that you guys can find back to the REALITY......because what ever it is, it is normal to understand,that in a dispute,there are two involved,so there has to be two at least,that is the reason..

He has already cancelled his trips before hand. Now he's cancelled the use of military and government funded flights for any and ALL in congress.
pelosi lied about the abilities for SOTU address security capabilities from the start.
If there's work to be done and the leader is there until it's finished, NO congressional member should be allowed to travel, socializing at tax payer expense. You can't cry about damages you created then charge tax payers for unnecessary gallivanting around the globe. pelosi states and proves time and again that dems are above the citizens at ALL costs. We peasants don't matter as long as they can fully function on OUR dime at THEIR say-so.
Working late and staying to work is what a leader does. Trump is there to work for the country and citizens. Even China is willing to increase their imports of U.S. goods until there is a deficit of zero by roughly 2024. Details and talks are ongoing.
What have the dems accomplished for the citizens and nation since they started in Jan, of 2019? Besides wasting out tax dollars and time to support their corruption and cover ups?
dem control has always caused the most damages and wastes but there have also been more than a few "republicans" in that mix over the years as well.
We would need 34 states to start and produce a Constitutional amendment. We would then need about 38 states, to ratify them. Look it up because I'm not entirely sure on the numbers but I think they're right. I don't talk about this stuff too often any more since no college or school of any sort since about 2006.
2/3 of the states minimal to even try.
The politics AND politicians would be removed; which is what's needed.
Just another of many pipe dreams of the people waking up, realizing, understanding, and uniting in favor of the country and each other.
But the Convention of States is the way to return power to the people and away from Big Federal intervention in every aspect of our lives.

You Can't Make This Up!
Seems to me, the House floor and all that is built up around and from it, is paid for by TAX PAYERS. THEY are supposed to be working for us even though demonrats prove time and again they work themselves and any one other than the U.S. and citizens.
How does pelosi get a say when it comes to government addressing the nation from one of the very places funded by tax payers? She's one of the worst kind of parasites, I've ever seen.

The reason the wall isn't fully funded now is because Trump was marter than to allow millions citizenship with out question, safety, or security.
The dema have always promised safety and security but only allowed and delivered the opposite at extreme tax payer expense and life.
