Resilience is the ability to face adversity and achieve adapt well to the tragedies, traumas, threats or severe stress.
Being resilient does not mean not feeling discomfort, emotional pain or difficulty in adversity. The death of a loved one, serious illness, job loss, serious financial problems, etc., are events that have great impact on people, producing a feeling of insecurity, uncertainty and emotional pain. Still, people achieve, typically, overcome these events and adapt well over time.
The road to resilience is not an easy road, but involves considerable stress and emotional distress, despite which people draw strength that allows them to continue with their lives in the face of adversity or tragedy. But how do they do?
Resilience is not something a person has or does not have, but involves a series of behaviors and ways of thinking that anyone can learn and develop.
Resilient people have three main characteristics: they know how to accept reality as it is; have a deep belief that life has meaning; and have an unwavering ability to improve.
More resilient people:
They have a better self-image
Less criticize themselves
They are more optimistic
Facing challenges
They are healthier physically
Are more successful at work or studies
They are more satisfied with their relationships
They are less prone to depression
What helps make a person more resilient
Emotional support is one of the main factors. Having people in your life who love you and support you and who you can trust makes you more resilient if you're alone.
Allow yourself to feel intense emotions without fear them or run from them, and at the same time be able to recognize when you need help feeling some emotion and focus your mind on some distraction.
Do not run away from problems but face them and seek solutions. Involves see problems as challenges you can overcome and not as dire threats.
Taking time to rest and recuperate, knowing what you can push yourself and when to stop.
Relying both yourself and others.
Don’t just imagine things!
"Dreaming, I was only dreaming.
I wake and I find you asleep
In the deep of my heart, dear.

My dream never haunted you.

How much I wanted you"

Have A GOOD Day To all..
I have been dealing with a lot of chaos this time i stay in Abu Dhabi. Now,everything settles down. I feel a bit relaxed.I came to Dome this morning and have a cup of coffee here. I sent out the money for my mum back home. I know now I can take a peaceful life.
Yesterday i bought some books for my daughter. As I have tried to teach her english even when I am away on line. So it is good that I can search child books for her to read. She likes children stories stuff. I bought more than 10 books.
I understand a bit more about on line stuff. I will try to come to the blog every week from now on.
Abu Dhabi is warm now. I am in my floral dresses. Spring is always good.
Please enjoy your life!
