TGIF!!! just got back from a week of being pummeled with exams and discovered to my horror that my happy/hopeful/optimistic thread morphed into an all out epic warzone!!!
first off, my deepest apologies to anyone who have been erroneously added to the list and hence been offended and hurt. my intention for this thread was one of giving hope to all of us out there who are still looking (including me). there was never any ulterior motive whatsoever to hurt or be clever or stir anything up..
as you can see from one of my earlier posts on first page, this thread was an open invite for all the besotted couples out there to declare themselves online. but by the same token, it is also open to anyone here on CS hence, if one thinks whatever was posted was wrong, one may copy the list, revise as appropriate and repost. i was quite happy for anyone to correct the list as it went along, as it was when the list started.
once again, my apologies to anyone offended – my intent was not to offend but to give the rest of us who haven’t found that special someone yet – some form of hope and encouragement.
my sincerest gratitude to all those who supported this thread and its original intent.

Don't worry about it too much, you've done no harm as far as I can see.
And if you read back you'll notice it's more those not on the list got all worked up about it, more so than those who were.
