No way Amigo.. The huge egos and self-centered laziness is to blame. Everybody wants what another has but is unwilling to put forth personal to gain it.

Interestingly, Arnie's proposed legalization and taxation of Maryjane would presumably eliminate the need for tax increases (might even pave the way for tax decreases), but you oppose that, don't you, JV?

That WAS happening alot the past years ....... now those states have ( assume Az too ) have recognized why and raised their income and property taxes ........

I went through the 'Pot" stage myself in life.........
At one point - it's time for people to grow-up and move beyond being a stoner...........
I have had enough problems with employees being stoned on the job and thinking they are entitled to do so........

Our state government is only a billion in the red. Our Rep. Gov. wants to raise sales tax temporally and not cut education. The Rep. House & Senate is against it.
