Keep in mind...if you are going to try the balancing act inthe water, don't leave your bathing suits behind
They will be stolen!!! There are no private, nudist beaches in Panama, or most of the Caribbean, you have to hope and pray for a secluded spot...Still,since Panama is mainland, maybe one of the little Islands of the Archipelago might do the trick.
Be careful with the sand, it will scrape your knees, worse than a rug-burn...and difficult as hell to try and get the little sand grains out of there...

I actually did make love in the water half a mile out (and still only up to the waste in water) off the coast of St.James's in Barbados once and she was so enthusiastic that we were surrounded by dead snapper fish by the end of it!!
