But see my problem is the beginning withdrawals, I get shakey and headachy, so I have a feeling I might need to start cutting back first. With some of my other health problems I don't want to cause my body to go into shock or something.. I will just start working on that first. I will start that in the morning..

Just remember, the sooner you start going through the withdrawals, the sooner they will be over with. You will be just fine. Read some of the earlier posts here and also on my first thread. There are some great tips throughout. It is also a great way for me to get to know you...
