Almost one full month for me, Jeepers. It wasn't all that bad, the first three days or so and then it just kind of became ancient history. I can't say that I never "want" one, but it isn't as nagging as one might think. I have a serious medical condition that smoking was making worse, now life feels a lot better. (Sleeping better-# 1). Thanx again, Jeepers. It is day 27. I knew if I got through the "21 days" it would work.--(.21 days to make or break a habit)

Wow ! This is fantastic, congratulation's ! It's not so bad is right, much easier than one would expect, just be careful not to give in to the temptation of sneaking a puff or two. Continue feeling great without smoking.
Hi Jeepers! Not even a puff--I find myself crossing to the other side of the street when somebody is smoking, I'm that concerned about not getting even a light whiff of it. The 12th will be exactly one month, and I have done way good, but sending you and S O S today because for some reason the want to is really really strong. (Must have been the gourmet coffee that triggered it--the two go hand in hand). So far have not fallen off the horse, but the sob is bucking! A word from you, please?

You are doing good by knowing you can beat the temptation. Good idea to walk across the street also. I can smell a cig from a mile away now. I was in a situation shortly after I stopped smoking where I was stuck talking to someone who was smoking. The situation did not permit me to leave. I was doing everything I could to stay down wind. Isn't amazing how sensitive you get to the smell ? Hang in there dude man !! <---give em hell !!

thanks, Bud. (I made it to the next day. Got busy with some work , so got my mind off it. For being in my corner- you're the best, Jeepers. (Back in high school we would have said, "yeah, that Jeeps is Boss". ) Behave--I see your other forums, you clown!
