Almost one full month for me, Jeepers. It wasn't all that bad, the first three days or so and then it just kind of became ancient history. I can't say that I never "want" one, but it isn't as nagging as one might think. I have a serious medical condition that smoking was making worse, now life feels a lot better. (Sleeping better-# 1). Thanx again, Jeepers. It is day 27. I knew if I got through the "21 days" it would work.--(.21 days to make or break a habit)Today is day # 57

Hi Jeepers! Not even a puff--I find myself crossing to the other side of the street when somebody is smoking, I'm that concerned about not getting even a light whiff of it. The 12th will be exactly one month, and I have done way good, but sending you and S O S today because for some reason the want to is really really strong. (Must have been the gourmet coffee that triggered it--the two go hand in hand). So far have not fallen off the horse, but the sob is bucking! A word from you, please?
