Yes, I have been gaining "good weight"...muscle. I have been working out a little. I am 6'2" and not near heavy enough for my height, but not too bad for my build. ------ This thread is Archived ------

I can believe that. Thanks for telling me. I have had some really strong cravings. I just keep reminding myself what an old friend told me recently...." If I feel like I need a cigarette, it's a lie. I don't need a cigarette" !! I will stay on my toes. It is simple, but not easy. Especially this time of year for some people.
