Not sure when, but I will try. And I'm not sure I want to post about it when I do. Seems to me, that just adds pressure to it, for me. I'd rather go the first few days/weeks without telling anyone & then when I'm starting to feel successful, I'll let on what I'm doing.
My mother died from emphyzema in 2005. My coughing reminds me of her & scares the dickens out of me. I don't want my daughter or grandbabies to have to go through what I did, although my daughter did see her suffer.

Sorry about the bad experience. For me, posting was a way for me to know that I was serious and there was no turning back. It worked !! But...to each his/her own. What ever works for you. Good luck !
Quiting between cigarettes is not a challenge and all smokers have done it. Day 32 is very promising if you don't succumb to the urge again. I quit and never went back. Tell us in 6 months if you are still not smoking. Good luck!
