If you put a 1 day without smoking on your calendar today, then tomorrow you can put a two. Before you know it you will have a lot, but just think about today. 
Smoking for too long will make you skin fall off.

Well right now I am lowering my need for as large amount of nicotine, cutting way down on the amount I smoke. I am waiting until I feel the bad side effects of needing one before I go get one.
And I am working seriously on my attitude about them being disgusting, and that I want to stop smoking them.
I hope to take the next step by this spring and stop..
