Even though I still smoke and will quit when I am ready...My daughter's got upset over me smoking in the house--so last spring did a heavy house cleaning and after washing all the walls and ceiling's decided no more smoking in the house!!! and that was only after 1 year since I had last cleaned them...
But am very happy/proud of you/for you!!!
