I do have to say....Today has been a real son of a bi**h with the cravings. Big time sure could go for a cigarette today !!

It's been kinda harder on me these last couple days Buddy...maybe the stress from the holidays fast approaching...or work...maybe just a number of things...but yes...still fighting the urges.
Thinking about taking up full time drinking as a replacement.
Just kidding...but noticed i have been chewing way more gum, carrots and celery. Again...congratualtions sweetie...keep up the good work...you're my inspiration to keep it clean.
