, well first I have a few more pounds of weight to get off me. I am almost there. Then with my healthier eating I have in place now, then I shouldn't gain weight when I try quiting.

Yes !! and good for my dog also, he has been dealing with second hand smoke all of his life. He is a trooper, he had to quit also. No complaints from him.
