Dating sites often lead to marriage; therefore a dating site you pay for could indirectly be a mail order bride or groom site?

I've met many Asians who have had arranged marriages who have come to love their partners over a few years.
They start with respect and a commitment to work together.... over time that commitment and respect often grows into love.
Asians also have less divorces............. not that there is a correlation as many decide to get rid of their wives and live with a mistress and even have kids - divorce in some cultures = shame for all the extended family while having a mistress is considered 'ok' in comparison.

Mail order just sounds more derogatory and is less morally acceptable by many.

I don't know what to do.... I ran out of good ideas years ago already. 
I remember in the mid-1990's when 4 single men in Houston pooled money and bought billboards around Houston trying to find dates... as far as I know, they got alot of prank phone calls and not much else out of it. After a few months the billboards just quietly dissappeared.
Another Houston area man was on the news after his mail order bride arrived in the states and within a week had him arrested claiming he had abused her... apparently, if a woman not a citizen of the US claims she was abused by a US citizen then by law she cannot be deported. The guy had lost his job, his home, and was in danger of losing his freedom because of this fiasco and he swears he did no such thing to her and there is absolutely no evidence of any kind indicating anything took place... yet prosecuters have no choice but to go by the woman's word (a Columbian national he'd met off a mail order brides of Columbia website). That law though well intentioned I'm sure is very easily abused by those who want a "get into the US and be allowed to stay free" card. Scary stuff that!
But far too many single gals around here are obese or pregnant with their ex's love child... BBW's abound.
I have no idea what to do anymore. It's depressing.
