Even though age is nothing but a number!! those man that are in there late 30s and older seem to be really be interested in me, but sadly I would really like to find someone young and hopefully in californa at least.

Dating is one of those inevitable processes that people must endure in order to find that special someone that they are destined to spend the rest of their life with. Without this process, we would never know what was out there for us.
Try not to lose faith or get down-hearted, it can take time to find someone worthy of dating..you are very young and you will be happier overall if you are patient than if you get in a rush and pick the first person who seems to like you.

The wish to date somebody who seems attractive online it is normal.
To fulfill that is quite another thing.
Almost all people online they can not perceive the difference between virtual reality and real life.
An innocent chat between man & woman can push them to create an illusion about situations can not realize never.
The betrayed hope makes them deep down to feel that she/he lied.
Some of the typical reasons why can not date in real life:
- no finance
- prejudices
- cowardice
- inexperience
etc
Less words, more action

There are lots of people that are date-able, but usually they're thousands of miles away - it'll be quite lucky to find someone near you, but there's always hope so I guess it's possible. At least there are always people to chat to whenever you're bored
