Democrats have always reduced our military capability when they get into power..its just a given here in the USA..that we know the military will be taken down during a Democrat presidency..Clinton reduced us drastically..making his numbers look good on the deficit..but its was not a good idea..in many peoples opinions...We felt vulnerable..
But now...that we know the global gov. is incharge...perhaps thats why Clinton..a NWO proponent knew there would be no big problem..who knows...~

EVERY....EVERY major power country (with the exception of China) since the Cold War ended reduced their military strength...not just the USA. It matter not who was in power at the time.
To say in a categoric statement such as you did that the Democrats wnat to get RID of the military is both unconceivable and ludicrous.
If you investigate, you will see that your budget for the year 2010 has actually been INCREASED by 3%.

You see, back in the early 80's during a downturn and budget cuts in our state and federal government spending there was a severe shortage of dollars for mental health care. This funding shortage meant that many many mentally delusionial patients were sent away from the institutions where they resided to live among society...Once funding was restored we failed to find them all and some slipped through the cracks and made there way to California.....Again, my apologies.........
