Do you take daytime naps?

I find it almost impossible, regardless of how tired I am.

I have been known to take a nap on occasion but usually it will only last for 20 minutes or so. sleep

yep i often sleep between 1 and 4 hours in the day time.i can usually sleep anytime i like,by forcing myself to physically relax and noticing my breathing, becoming slower. It comes in handy on a day like today, when i want to stay up dancing till 4am!
bodeleing have you tried relaxation techniques?

Are you still awake TBG?laugh

No, I guess I haven't tried anything in paticular to help
me sleep. I have no problems sleeping at night, but during
the day, sleep always eludes me. I am hyperactive and always
seem to be on the go. I am envious though of people who seem
to be able to sleep regardless of the time of day and their
surroundings.
I also find it impossible to sleep when I'm travelling. I
remember a 27 hour bus journey a few years ago, I was the
only passenger on the bus not sleeping. I think even the
chickens on the roof were asleep.laugh

Of course I can.
It depends on how much did u work over night and how tired u r ?
If a person worked over whole night, it is obvious to get him/her good sleep in day time also.
