Sounds like a tough situation.
The only heart we can "turn to love" is our own.
And it sounds like you don't have a problem in that area.
As for her heart, all you can do is demonstrate the most unselfish love you can.
It won't be wasted. It will have a good effect.
But not necessarily the desired good effect.
It might serve to help her to later appreciate genuine love and despise infatuation.
Or it might help her to endure if the tables are turned and she finds herself being rejected.
Or maybe it won't affect her at all, but it will give you a deeper sense of values.
But whatever form it takes. Any expression of true unselfish love is never lost. It will always bear some sort of good fruit.

Easy, write 'love' on a piece of paper. Now take a sharp surgical knife, cut open the chest, insert the piece of paper with the word facing into the chest and then simply grab hold of the heart and twist it till it turns to face the piece of paper....by the way, don't try this at home...leave it to the professionals
