yes going to Istanbul. the end of July. i never worry about Muslim country's.

In my experience I've always received a warmer welcome in Muslim countries.

I have been at Muslim countries and not a problem and I do choose places for other reasons rather than religion.

Turkey is a secular state. It's mixed christian / muslim. Not a really valid selection i'd say. You're not worried about muslim countries so you'll be off to Iraq and Iran next year then????

I had a wonderful time in Pakistan, hospitality of the kind I've never come across before. It was a humbling experience.thumbs up

Again it's a secular state, at the moment. I have no reason to doubt your experience though.... was in Leb and Syria and felt quite uneasy.... as i did in Isreal.

i have been to a few Muslim country. but one i hope never to return to is Iraq. gulf war. i have found Iran is nice. long as you mind your business.
