Belly is the belly, chest and breast is everything. I confess that I had
pleasant surprise to see Chico Anisio in Joe's program, saying the
Exercise is the first step toward death. After calling
attention to the fact that rarely meets an athlete who has
reached the age of 80 and quote enduring personalities who have never gym or exercise - among them a lawyer and journalist Barbosa Lima - but reached the age of several centuries, the humorist finished off with aexample of fauna:

The turtle with all that sluggishness, live 300 years. Do you know any
rabbit who has lived 15 years?
I would like to contribute another example, by Dorival Caymmi. The lyricist, composer and performer was known as Bahia's father
laziness. He spent four fifths of the day lying in a hammock, drinking, smoking and chewing. Authentic idling, took 10 seconds to run a space of three meters. Well, anyway, and never have done
exercise, lived 90 years.

Conclusion: Treadmill, walking, aerobics, bodybuilding, gym ...? get out this while you still have health!

And living a sedentary lifestyle idle! Do not get upset if you spend your life Full fat. You will have all eternity to be nothing but bones!
So: DO NOT DO MORE DIET! After all, the whale only drink water, eat only
fish, swimming all day, and it is FAT! The elephant eats only
vegetables and is faaaaaaaaaaaaat!

VIVA A CRISP AND CHOPP!
You, pretty girl, have tires? Of course, every plane has!
And never forget: 'If walking was healthy, the postman would be
immortal. " have a good nite everybody uh oh

everything....Lets say I die, and I simply rot away...am I not reborn as a flower or tree or grass....I tree lives drops it seeds, dies ,and new trees are reborn......A star is born live it's life explode/implodes and is reborn as something new....I like to see things as good and continuing not ending and no reason...It is only my belief and you can have yours...handshake
