If you don't believe it's so, just look at how many discussions there are about US Politics and the complete absence of discussions about all the miserable dirty dealings going on everywhere else in the world. The USA is always the topic of conversation, advice, political analysis and completely idiotic monologues and diatribes for people all over the globe. Why?
Because every other country is utterly meaningless and irrelevant.

Because without posting it in a forum category where over 75 percent of the threads and probably 90% plus of the posts were about the US or Obama... well it just wouldn't have "clicked" there.
That and I didn't realize that there was some sort of rule that you can't post anything that might be intended to be humorous outside of the "humor" category. I mean..... this forum is supposed to be "Poems/Quotes/Writing" but looking at the threads it seems like it might be "USA and Obama", so it doesn't seem to be intutitive to think that humor would be more "off topic" than that, given the circumstances.... ya know?
