earlier this week at work, one of the girls was telling us that tomorrow will be her 31st birthday...that her husband had just gotten home from iraq...and how happy she was.
she showed pictures of her ultrasound confirming pregnancy of their first child...and one could tell that she was filled with happiness.
today, she didn't show up for work. seems she died in her sleep last night, most likely from a seizure...the same way my uncle did two weeks ago.
it's strange, the thoughts these kind of things put into your head. when they are younger, and they die in their sleep...?
my grandmother was 52 when she died in her sleep of a seizure and now that i think of it she was young

well my prayers go out to you and your co-workers and her family
Damn, Lori. Maybe ya'll should have your water checked. Thats just not normal. Very sad for you. An event like this can bring you down for a while. Try to remember what the positive things in life are. Your a wonderful woman, dont let something like this change that beautiful personality.
History is written by the survivors. What an ironic tragedy. My son elileptic grand mal siezures and dranked on top of that. Once you have experience the finality of death it can give you an appreciation for life. Her life and the pregnancy are something he has to live with. My prayers go out to the survivors.

Lori, hold them while you can. They grow up so quickly.
So sad about your co-worker. I lost one of my best friends at 21 - died suddenly from an aneurysm while she was on holiday in Europe with another girlfriend. Her wedding date was set for when they came back and we were all keyed up about it... but she never came home again.
John Lennon wrote it best: "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans."
OMG Lori, that is unreal. Makes you take a good look at your own life and attitude. All the things we take for granted and what we are grateful for. Or should I say ungrateful for...
Can't imaging how you must feel, knowing the person. My heart goes out to everybody close to here...
