I have always dreamed of going on a wilderness horseback pack trip into the remote-est regions of Yellowstone Natl Park. I have explored Yellowstone three times in my life, and it is a wonderful place. However you only get to see a very small percentage of the area when using the common park areas. There is like a million acres of wilderness that is unaccessable unless you go on foot or horseback. As a midwest country girl I grew up on the back of a horse, and love the mountains, outdoors, camping.
This would be the ultimate lifetime adventure for me.

WHAT IS THE GREAT ADVENTURE YOU ALWAYS DREAMED OF
Sounds like a wonderful trip...only I would add...get there by motorcycle
I would like to park my motorhome at Yellowstone and day trip by motorcycle to Glacier National Park, the Grand Tetons, Colorado and Utah. Oh well, one day when Cathy and I retire maybe.
I love a good adventure, Ive had so many. I usually plan for one every year. Moving to Mexico on my own has been a grand adventure. These days Ive been feeling like its time for a new adventure. Ive been looking at Equador...Life is an adventure!!!
I have already done that, trailered the bike and day tripped. It was really a great vacation. However the parts of the park that I wish to visit are not open to motored vehicles. There are VAST areas that are true wilderness and you can only see these areas if you walk in by foot or horseback.

To be a war correspondent or a rescue worker in some hot spot! So bored with my job selling towels in department store!
