Theoneucanthate: My top four is the same old foes.
Man u, city, arsenal and Chelsea. Here's a bet for u. Go back Dalgleish to be sacked in summer

To sack him would be madness. Okay their league form hasn't improved since last season (it has probably gotten worse actually) but they did win the Carling Cup and still have a chance at the FA cup. To be fair to them, the players he brought in in the summer just don't look good enough.

The carling cup is mickey mouse stuff and I don't think the "bigger"teams take the fa cup seriously anymore!I agree players he brought in simPly aint good enough to play for liverpool

To be fair though, Vinny...if the season had ended on January 1st, Arsenal might have found themselves not in great shape either.

Nope but its how a team reacts. Its over the whole season. If a team goes 2-0 down it doesn't mean they are a bad team. Its how they react.

vinny1967: Absolutely agree with you. He is a good manager and managers need time. It just would not surprise me if he did get the bullet. Dalglish has under performed and he has handled some things badly. With the money invested they are no nearer competing at the top and Liverpool F.C are no nearer a stadium that they deserve which will help them compete. Loss of being at the top table will not help any future plans they have for spending, both on players and a stadium. There just seems to be something lacking there to me.

I agree but there is no quick fix. They have been a team in decline for many years. They just need to keep fighting and gradually start improving.

he has a worse record than hodgson yet he will be praised by the fans for winning the carling cup. you cant say give him time when he is getting worse results. he should go.

Technically he has a slightly better record than Hodgson. Hodgson managed Liverpool for 31 games, won 13 of them, drew 9 and lost 9 giving him a win percentage of 41.94%.

Kenny so far in his second stint at the club has managed them for 66 games, won 31, drew 17 and lost 18 giving him a win percentage of 46.97%.

I'd give Kenny til Christmas and then if things have improved by then, get someone new in.
