Thought for the day hmmm

The going rate at present for the privilege of living in someone's backyard .. garden flat, granny flat, converted garage .. is

$250 PER WEEK.

Something is very wrong here, no wonder so many are homeless and families are living in cars when in addition to this, the waiting period in this state for Department of Housing accommodation is over 15 YEARS.

Not enough housing, not enough jobs, and what happens to those who are unable to work but need a roof over their heads sigh

Not for just a room. Still sounds like a good deal.

Saw an ad in the paper recently for Dave's Rent-A-Chook laugh

You can rent a couple of chooks, a pen and whatever else chooks need on a monthly basis to make sure it's gonna work for you before you go buying everything grin

I think it's a great idea, not sure what the chooks think chicken
