Just for fun.... but also - I'm curious about others opinions on what versatile dish they might consider serving....

Lets say, this person eats anything grin

Hiya Mum wave

The first thing that springs to mind is one that has been a winner in the past .. pumpkin and ricotta cannelloni.

I'd make a salad to go with it and some hot crusty bread, a good red wine and probably a panna cotta for dessert conversing

grin

Depends on the weather, winter pumpkin soup followed by T-bone and cheese mash potatoes with peas and corn with brown onion gravy, ice-cream for deserts,

Summer, a BBQ with a mixed salad, with dressing,
beer

Maybe Beef and reef with steamed vege. If doing a desert, maybe a chocolate self-saucing pudding.

Sounds pretty delish... thumbs up

But I prefer tapas... little bits of everything, then the guests can help themselves to whatever they like...flower

probably Thai Green Curry Chicken with Coconut rice, with maybe some icecream and seasonal fruit to follow.
Or if in middle of winter and comfort food time, maybe a pot of thick vegie soup, with maybe lasagne or Spag bol to follow, dessert, if you could fit it in, um if I was really feeling like cooking apple pie!

yum.. now I am hungry lollaugh

if the person eats anything than he should be happy with whatever you cook.laugh If you really want to create that homely feeling, smell off fresh coffee and baked dinner will do the trick. wink
