Six years is nothing if you find the person whom God created especially for you. Don't get me wrong; I certainly wasn't dateless in all that time. But, by choice, in those 6.5 years I've only been out with eight guys (including the guy I am with now). I've had hundreds of other offers from local guys and countless offers from not-so-local guys. But ...I wasn't looking for just "someone to date;" I was looking for "HIM," and I do believe he's finally arrived.

I've had mild success with online dating in the past. I am currently dating a wonderful man I met on this site. He amazes me more everyday. I was here just to talk to my friends in the forums, and was taken by surprise. It really does work if you don't force it and just be patient.

Dating sites work as well as any other form of meeting people. I've met lots of people in person from several sites, this one included. Just haven't met the right one yet, but some really nice people out there.
