Newlife08: Sorry to have to break the bad news to you ChinaAngel but Julian McMahon lives in the States as far as I know?? Along with Chris/Liam Hemsworth, Russell Crowe?

So maybe you need to get a flight to LA?

And usually the really good looking, well dressed hot ones are gay

After the op, not much in the looks department, dressed like a slob as I am not going anywhere at the moment, and freezing tonight. Obviously, I am not gay.rolling on the floor laughing banana banana rolling on the floor laughing

I was gonna say, Julian McMahon is hardly representative of the average Aussie guy giggle

Can't imagine Aussie men are much different from Kiwi guys, there's not that much water in the ditch laugh

Merriweather: Hi Carl,

Just to ask tho... must have been a very indepth conversation that you were having... I mean most people do not give out that type of information on a meet and greet.. ??

Pray tell, what did you ask that made him reveal that information to you??

What were the circumstances???

I came to know this fellow through a mutual friend, who is also gay. I cannot remember the circumstances that led to this revelation, but I know the fellow fairly well and I would be surprised if he was not being truthful.

No . . . straight as an arrow. laugh
I have worked in the media and the arts for most of my life, so I have met a lot of gay men.
For a while my poor mother thought that I was queer, because when I was younger I could not get a girl to even speak to me, much less go on a date. Not for want of trying, just that I was not what females of that age were looking for.
I suppose that being involved in amateur and semi-professional theatre did not help. rolling on the floor laughing

Carl96190: I have never done a drag performance. Not my thing.
Believe it or not I am more into Shakespeare than musical theatre, but I have done comedies and musicals.
Yes, I used to wear the makeup home and then step into the shower to wash it off. My mother did not seem to be concerned. Perhaps because she knew I had just stepped off the stage.

Well I must admit it's pretty usual.. even in ballroom dancing, the fellas wear makeup and tanning lotion.

Interesting Carl... so Shakespeare is usual... but what musicals have you done??

That sounds interesting... I have only done an Elvis musical, with a little of all sorts thrown in for good measure.. stage musical..
8mnts of practice for 3 shows.. did not do it again.. because of the time/distance etc, but Jeez, it was hilarious fun... grin
